Porch piracy is becoming an increasing problem in the US. Unfortunately, when some couriers attempt to deliver a package while no one’s home they’ll leave it outside on your doorstep. This leaves an opportunity for a thief passing by to take your package for themselves. Last year around 10 billion packages were stolen in the US alone!
Just visit your account dashboard on our website or mobile apps and scan the code for entry and locker access.
We provide concierge delivery every day within a half mile radius from our Suite locations. From your account dashboard, select the package that you would like to have delivered, then select the day and time for delivery. Currently, our deliveries occur daily between 5PM and 10PM.
With our unique overflow rooms, we can receive large packages (some restrictions apply). The package will be loaded into the appropriate space, depending on its size and you will receive a QR code for access.
