What is porch piracy?

Porch piracy is becoming an increasing problem in the US. Unfortunately, when some couriers attempt to deliver a package while no one’s home they’ll leave it outside on your doorstep. This creates the perfect opportunity for a thief passing by to swipe your package for themselves. Last year around 7.4 billion packages were stolen in the US alone!

You can access our Suites any time, any day. Our buildings are accessible 24/7. There’s no need to let us know when you’re coming. Just bring along your access and collection codes and you’ll be good to go.

For any package that you want to have delivered within a 1-hour window, just select it in the account dashboard and then select the day and time you'd like for it to be delivered. A service charge may apply. It's that easy!

Absolutely! Our Suites are completely secure, and only individuals with an access code are able to enter our buildings. When your package arrives, you’ll get a unique, single use QR code to use when you come to collect to ensure your order doesn’t fall into the wrong hands.

Once your package has safely arrived at one of our Suites, you’ll have 2 days to pick it up from our locker. We’ll send you a notification once we've received it and our locations are accessible 24/7. If for any reason you won’t be able to pick up your package in this time, please reach out to the Locker Suites team to see how we can help you. If your package hasn’t been collected after 5 days and we haven’t heard from you, a late pickup fee of $1 per day will be charged.

We work with all major courier and delivery services.

As soon as your courier delivers your package to us, you’ll get a notification to your Locker Suites app, via text and an email. If you’re expecting a delivery but haven’t received a notification yet, we’d recommend that you reach out to the courier and/or vendor to get an update on your delivery status.
