Locker Suites is made up of conveniently located, secure Smart Suites – basically a safe place for all of your packages to be delivered.
When you sign-up to Locker Suites, you get to choose your nearest location. Then, the next time you’re shopping from any of your favorite retailers online, use your unique Locker Suites address when checking out.
This means your package will get dropped off at our state-of-the-art Smart Suites, and we’ll keep them safe for you until you’re ready to come grab them.
Once your package has been securely delivered to your Locker Suites location, we’ll send you a notification to let you know. You can then come and collect them whenever you want!
Our Smart Suites can be accessed 24/7, meaning you can pick-up your deliveries on your time. Only people with a Locker Suites QR code can access our buildings. So, your packages will be safe and sound while they’re with us.
Locker Suites even offers easy returns! If you need to send something back, simply organise a return label via your account and drop your package off at your Smart Suite. Once your return package has been placed in a locker, we’ll take care of the rest.
We accept any package, any size, from any vendor. This means that even if your package is to large to fit in one of our lockers, it will still be safe at Locker Suites. We offer secure overflow rooms for larger deliveries.
Don’t feel like leaving the house? No problem! With Locker Suites you can organize an in-person concierge delivery in a 1-hour time slot that suits your schedule.
Once you book your delivery through your account, or via our app, one of our drivers will pick it up and deliver it direct to your hands. We’ll never leave your delivery outside on your porch, helping prevent any possibility of package theft.
