When you order something online, your package goes on quite a journey before it gets to your door.
Let’s take a look at what your parcel goes through before it gets to your hands.
When you shop with your favorite vendor online, they’ll ship it out to you using their preferred courier service.
This is where traditional delivery services sometimes go wrong! With traditional package delivery, your package might get left outside on your porch if you’re not home when it arrives. This means it’s at the risk of getting damaged or even stolen.
Luckily, that’s not the case with Locker Suites.
The courier will pick up your package, and drive it on over to your Smart Suite location. We’ll provide them with a code to access our building, and even handle the signing process if a signature is required.
Our Lockers are designed to accept packages of all shapes and sizes. Once your package is in our Smart Suite, the courier will sign it in our system and place it in a locker that would be the best fit.
For larger packages, we also have overflow rooms available – just in case. Whether your goods are placed here or in one of our lockers, they’ll be kept safe and sound until you’re ready for them.
After your package is all settled in, you’ll get an alert on your dashboard and via email. You’ll get a unique QR code that lets you pick up your package any day, any time – 24/7.
All you have to do to collect it is head on down to your Smart Suite location, and use your QR code to enter the building.
Once inside, scan your QR code again at the locker terminal and the right door will open up for you.
Grab your stuff, and you’re good to go!
As part of your Locker Suites subscription, you can organise an in-person concierge delivery – meaning you don’t even need to leave the house.
Once you get an alert to let you know your package as at our Smart Suite, log in to your dashboard. From there, you’ll be able to organise for one of our drivers to drop your package straight to your house.
We offer 1-hour delivery slots. Pick the one that best suits your schedule, and we’ll take care of the rest.
One of our drivers will come and collect your package from its locker and drive over to your home. You can even track its progress via your Locker Suites dashboard.
We’ll never leave your package outside. That means, if for some reason you aren’t home when we arrive, we’ll take it back to your Smart Suite and check it back into a locker. Then you can come down to pick it up yourself, or organise a new delivery time that works for you.
